3rd Stage Registration fees & Milestones For Any Report Submissions

Dear Faculty Advisors & Team Captains,

Greetings from SUPRA SAEINDIA!

All the teams’ drivers are proceeding for the "Driver's Training" starting from 28th Feb' 2011and will end on 3rd Mar' 2011.

Some of the teams had difficulties in the dates clashing with exams, but totally 132 drivers from 44 teams have registered. And none of the teams is left out. We are extremely sorry for inconvenience caused, if any.

"SUPRA SAEINDIA 2011" is gaining momentum steadily and we are pleased to note that the pace has suddenly increased after the "Power Train workshop held at ARAI on 15.02.2011".

We thank you all for the co-operation and whole hearted support.

I take this opportunity to remind you the upcoming milestones for the event (report submission dates, etc.) as follows:

15th March 2011,

Before 3.00 P.M

ANSYS CAE Paper submission,

(Applicable only for teams whichever registered and undergone training by ANSYS)

 Teams submitting after mentioned time-line will not be considered for evaluation.

25th Mar’ 2011

(to reach SAEINDIA office before 5 pm)

Payment of Rs. 25000/- as the last stage of registration fees.

 To be paid thru DD in Favor of SUPRA SAE INDIA Payable at Chennai.

15th May 2011,

Before 5.00 P.M

Preliminary Cost Report Submission

(Format will be uploaded in website by end of March 2011)

 Any late submissions, Penalty applicable as mentioned in the rulebook.

15th May 2011 - 30th May 2011

Technical Inspection at college.

(Inspection check list will be uploaded in website before 15th March 2011)

 Technical inspectors for each college will be informed on time.

30th May 2011 before 5.00 P.M

Detailed Design Report Submission with Spec sheet.

(Refer rule book for design report submission, Format is available in website already, Spec sheet will be uploaded in website by end of March 2011)

 Any late submissions, Penalty applicable as mentioned in the rulebook.

Note :

1. There will not be any change in milestones; all teams are advised to strictly adhere to the mentioned Dates & time for any report submissions.

2. All documents must be sent only in PDF format.

3. Document must be named as per below only.

a. For cost report submission, CRS_XXX team_YYY college/University.Pdf

b. For design report submission, DRS_XXX Team_YYY college/University.Pdf

c. For spec sheet submission, SS_XXX team_YYY college/University.Pdf.

4. All reports must be sent only to admin@suprasaeindia.org

5. ANSYS CAE Paper must be submitted to ANSYS India at india-suprasaeindia2011@ansys.com
